Hi there! I’m Bailey—the artist, dreamer, and color-lover behind Bailey Made Art Co. I am so excited you are here!

A little about me and Bailey Made Art Co. Our mission from the beginning has been simple, we create happy art because that brings about a happy heart. For a long time, art was a quiet dream growing just under the surface for me. I always created and painted as a little girl, but like many creatives, I had a hard time knowing where I fit in, and how to make art an actual career. I spent years serving in the nonprofit and corporate worlds, all while those "small seeds" of creativity were waiting for their moment to grow and bloom. In 2023, after a challenging medical year with my son, my perspective shifted and it made me reevaluate what I really wanted in life. I took a leap of faith and finally let myself begin. I allowed myself dream about what could be possible if I could just let go of everything I was holding onto so tightly. 

My deepest desire was to create pieces that would act as a source of hope and deep-rooted joy. Whether it's a vibrant illustration or an item I design, I hope when people connect with my work they are reminded of the beauty of life, and that joy and happiness can still be found; even in a world that can sometimes feel dark and heavy. We can choose to celebrate the good. We fix our eyes on whatever true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—we think about such things. 

I had no idea our company would grow into what is has. And I am so beyond grateful. What an honor. What a privilege to get to do this. The gift of that will never be wasted on me. 

When I’m not in the studio (likely with a coffee in hand!), you can find me exploring Alabama with my husband, Joshua, and our two kids, or hunting for the best Thai and Mexican food in town. Thank you for being part of this joyful journey!
